Hughes Real Estate Group of Silvercreek Realty, the top home-selling team in the state of Idaho for over a decade, is seeking a full-time, in-office Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will engage in regular communication and interactions with real estate industry professionals over the phone. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to our continued success by generating leads, overcoming objections, and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

$21 - $25 hourly

• Conduct outbound calls to real estate industry professionals to generate leads and build relationships.
• Spend approximately 5-8 hours per day on the phone, confidently overcoming objections, and maintaining a high call volume of 60-80 outbound calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and offering valuable resources.
• Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless interview process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and company offerings to effectively engage with potential clients.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.

• Outbound phone experience required: 6-12 months
• Idaho Real Estate Salesperson License preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and open to learning from colleagues
